Product Descriptions:
PVC foaming regulator HRS LK055 developed by our company is actually an acrylic-based processing aid and has all characteristics of acrylic processing aid. the only difference between them is that HRS LK055 has the higher molecular weight and viscosity, it can efficiently increase melt strength of vinyl compounds so as to prevent from bubble amalgamation for obtaining uniform PVC foaming Product.
In fact there are three purposes for adding HRS LK055 in formula for foaming applications,the first one is to promote the fusion of vinyl compounds;the second one is to increase the melt strength of vinyl compounds so as to prevent from the bubble amalgamation for obtaining even foaming products ; the third one is to ensure perfect flow of PVC melt for getting good appearance of final foam products.
HRS LK055 is mainly recommended for thick foaming products with Hi-luster surface and lower density needs.
