LePPA® LE3520 Polymer Processing Additives ( PPA) is free flow white powder fluoropolymer based processing aid. At a very low level addition (50-800ppm), it can improve PE processing and without affecting the original physical property of the plastics as well as sealing, adhesion and printing, can be used for mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, EVA and other polyolefin resin.

Product Functions:
- Improve film surface quality by eliminating melt fracture;
- Reduce wears of a mold in the processing process, eliminate the die buildup
- Increase the ratio of LLDPE in LLDPE/LDPE blends for lower cost, higher quality;
- Increase output and save energy.

Applications:
Agricultural film, wire & cables, drawings and all other polyolefin extrusion process.
Processing Guide :
The dispersion of LePPA® LE3520 in resin determines the performance. The recommended process is to add PPA via 2%-3% Masterbatch through twin-screw extruder, and then add it into the extrusive resin according to the ultimate goal. The conditioning time is 20-60 minutes according to the equipment, base material and shear rate. No conditioning time when long-term use of this product.
